Line Cook

5 Line Tavern in Eagle Rock, CA is looking for experienced and motivated Line Cooks for assistance on the day-to-day operations of a chef-driven menu centered around classic American bar food with a 'house made' approach. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a new team and help develop a new menu for an Eagle Rock institution. This will be a critical role in our team and will require a high level of organizational and culinary skills.

Responsibilities include;

  • working with management to meet all daily tasks including cooking, prep, cleaning & maintenance
  • opening & closing duties for kitchen and BOH
  • assisting in ordering and inventory
  • self tested quality control on all menu items that leave the kitchen
  • working as a team with FOH, BOH and Management to meet all daily and weekly goals

A successful application will be motivated, experienced and a team player who is ready to step up and assist in creating a memorable culinary experience for our guests.
