The person will support several post-sales functions, including but not limited to answering inbound phone calls and emails, handling billing inquiries, reminders sending, follow up payments and communicating and coordinating with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. Requirements Payment collections – ownership of AR aging: managing collections efficiency metrics to target, acting as a contact point to obtain full resolution on customer disputes or billing inquiries. Owns and resolves incoming customer inquiries regarding invoicing, contract management, license provisioning, as well as account cancellations and reductions Diffuses and resolves escalated internal and external customer situations. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company Keeps accurate and detailed records of inquiries and all customer comments Communicates and coordinates with internal departments Ensure compliance with all company policies Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with internal stakeholders & external customers. Promotes customer loyalty – makes save offers to customers who want to cancel/reduce and directs customers to appropriate material to improve customer value Participates on process improvement projects as assigned Bachelor degree in Business or Accounting 0 to 2 years of Accounts Receivable/Collections related working experience Good customer relationship skills to manage a variety of customer interactions Ability to work independently Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills Ability to excel in a fast growing/fast paced environment delivering accuracy while managing to deadlines Able to use Microsoft suite of tools effectively Knowledge of salesforce.com application is a plus Background orchestrating cross-functional projects with high energy, trustworthy, creative, and “get it done” mentality. Displays good judgment and uses discretion when presented with sensitive or confidential issues. Experience allocating and optimizing marketing spend across tactics. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Excel, NetSuite, G-Suite Thrives in a high growth environment. Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
