Campaign Coordinator

Data-Powered Recruitment Marketing Platform Our mission is to make it easy for companies to attract and hire great talent Summary As a Campaign Coordinator, you will assist with the management and optimization of programmatic advertising for our clients as well as actively review performance data, track against our clients’ campaign goals, and make recommendations to improve the performance and deliver the best ROI. We are looking for an analytical-minded person who loves using data to uncover trends. Duties/Responsibilities Perform daily reviews of accounts to ensure media delivery against the clients’ budget allocations. Provide ongoing performance and pacing updates to the Marketing Strategy & Client Strategy teams. Act as the first line of defense for identifying performance issues related to media campaign goals. Communicate with the Marketing Strategists to ensure delivery expectations are understood. Recommend and document any changes to the media strategy as they occur. Complete scheduled tasks monitoring the overall health of the accounts. Work cross-functionally with Publisher Operations and Client Integrations teams to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Communicate with select vendors on client strategy launch or performance. Work with Marketing Strategists to develop best practices and optimization strategies. Assist in creating or updating campaign rules and bidding structures for ongoing updates and new campaign launches. Assist in creating performance reports. Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs. Required Skills/Abilities Academic or professional experience using data, analytics, and research to solve problems. Moderate proficiency with Excel. Experience with Google Analytics is highly desired. Use tech savvy problem-solving skills to identify and troubleshoot issues in a dynamic digital environment. Excellent written and verbal communication, and acute attention to detail. Strong organizational/time management skills, and ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks. Mathematically and technically inclined.
