Dapeer, Rosenblit & Litvak, LLP is a boutique litigation firm of nine lawyers specializing in municipal land use law, including nuisance abatement, civil rights defense, and civil and criminal code enforcement. We are currently looking to add an experienced attorney to our team to handle both civil and criminal matters from inception through trial.
The ideal candidate will have substantial litigation experience in and out of the courtroom, including with discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediation and trial. We are also looking for a self-starter who thinks critically, pays attention to detail, is self-organized and able to handle a substantial case load. Ideal candidates should also be team players who enjoy collaboration.
The position is full-time and compensation will range from $120,000 – $150,000 commensurate with experience and capability. Benefits include fully paid health insurance, optional life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) with company matching up to 4%, and performance-based bonuses. Bonuses are also paid on new business generated.
