Job Objective: Under general supervision will perform work associated with consolidating product to fulfill customer orders.
Essential Job Functions: The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to, the following: 1 Effectively and efficiently pull product according to pick ticket in a timely manner.
2 Place product on pallets in a manner to assure delivery without damage.
3 Do a quality check on the product being pulled to assure customer is getting the best product possible.
4 Ability to operate pallet jack 5 Promptly report violations or potential problems to supervisor.
6 Follow all Company rules and policies including safety regulations.
7 Other duties as assigned or required Required Skills and Qualifications: 1 Ability to perform the essential functions of the position.
2 HS graduate or equivalent 3 Ability to speak, read and write clearly including the ability to communicate work issues in a clear, professional manner; fluency in English is helpful but not required.
4 Ability to operate pallet jack 5 Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds 6 Must be able to stand for prolonged period of time.
7 Must be able to have full use of both hands and fingers, i.e.
simple grasping.
8 Working knowledge of similar operations in the produce industry.
9 Ability to work effectively as a team member; high level dependability and work ethic.
10 Commitment to the company’s values and ethics.
