We are HIRING for professional Call Center Representatives to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers. The successful candidates will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS: All positions for this role will be required to work remotely until further notice. Remote work also requires the candidates to have the ability to dedicate the ENTIRE assigned shift to work, without distraction or interruption. Paid training and remote equipment provided. Must reside in the state of Oklahoma. Must be able to report to the Red Rock office for periodic training and meetings. Must meet minimum home internet requirements (10Mbps). Must attend and participate in ENTIRE new hire training class. Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled. Summary The Lending Specialist underwrites loans and services inbound customer service calls based on company policies and procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence and courtesy while building professional rapport. Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application. Approve, reject loan application, or request additional information. Effectively communicate the Terms and Conditions of the loan to the customer in a timely fashion. Maintain the highest quality standards with minimum supervision. Maintain database on new and existing customers. Receive inbound calls and make outbound follow up calls when applicable Process online applications for short term, small dollar loans. Understand the need to escalate customer calls when appropriate. Verify customer’s loan application via the phone. Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy and professionalism to support the department’s vision of a customer centric call center. Exceed quality and productivity goals.
