We have the financial strength and industry experience – what we need is the Human Resources Manager to help us in our mission.Last year we were acquired by Aceto Corporation and our growth has taken off, Cascade Chemical is now a strong part of this international company.Please send your resume in confidence directly to: rrussellaceto.com Essential Functions: Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization’s human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.Be a change agent driving cultural change with focus and finesse.

Provide support and guidance to management, and staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.

Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposescompetitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.

Create learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.

Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

Education Requirements: Have at least 3 progressive years of experience in an HR Manager or equivalent role.

Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

A comparable combination of course work, applicable certifications, and work experience may be accepted in lieu of a field specific degree.
