We are seeking talented individuals who share these values and want to make a direct impact to the insurance industry.What is the role?The Quality Engineering Manager at AgencyKPI will lead the development and execution of performance and testing solutions for our core product offerings.

Working in collaboration with software engineers and other stakeholders, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA Engineers to focus on creating innovative ways to expand software testing while building a culture of continuous improvement and dedication to the delivery of qualify products.

AgencyKPI thrives by finding the right people, aligning them on the right teams, with the right tools to solve the hard customer problems which align with our Mission/Vision/Values.What you’ll do on a daily basis:Become a subject matter expert on our products and servicesWork closely with the CTO and development team to improve performance standards and proceduresParticipate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problemsCreate, maintain, and improve test plans, scenarios, scripts, or proceduresCreate and review testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usabilityReview documentation of software defects and assign software developers to investigate and resolve the issuesReview and approve test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery datesCoordinate with CTO and development team regarding opportunities to improve processes, collaboration, and knowledge sharingDevelop systems and processes for high-quality product deliveryProvide technical and strategic leadership to Quality EngineersReduce manual quality assurance efforts related to the release through the implementation of automated test executionSeek out, evaluate, and recommend tools that can help facilitate improvements to the quality engineering processEncourage continuous improvement and efficiency through process enhancement and automationWhat background should you have?3 – 5 years of experience in SDLC, testing, and validation, preferably in an Agile environmentExpertise in quality management methods, tools, and technologiesDemonstrated ability to create an effective team environment, as well as to contribute to the growth of individuals; off-shore team management a experience a plusA proactive, cross-departmental approach, paired with strong communication skills when working with software developers, client support, and company leadershipStrong technical competency in web applications, web services, and SDLCExcellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills; BS degree in quality engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience preferredWhat do we offer?
