Join our team!Overall duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Assist in developing and implementing community based/inhouse consumer programming in accordance with clients needs, preferences, deserires as per their IPP.* Document daily progress of client according to the established plan of care.* Able to teach independent living skills such as* cooking proper nutrition, laundry, cleaning(housekeeping)* socialization, job hunting, resume writing and interviewing* learning bus routes* obtaining a driver's license/ID card* Ability to safely address behavior concerns using proper technique* Effective written and verbal communication* Report any problems to the program manager immediately such as violation of any kind including any abuse allegations.* Train the clients on the characteristics of sexual exploitation.* Provide gang and drug prevention and interventionRequirement* Highschool dipolma/GED* 1 year experience working with similar population* Valid Driver's license* Ability to read and understand treatment program/IPP* Able to work well under pressure
