IDR’s fun and exciting entertainment industry client is looking for a contract based Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager to join their team in the Los Angeles area.
This role will start as fully remote but will be expected to transition into a hybrid model.

Responsibilities of the Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager: Assist D&I ERG Program manager with the project management of all ERG initiatives and programs Developing cross-functional processes/trackers/tools for events, communications, and key moments, and communicating regularly with partner teams Design and manage resources to keep projects on track and task Set standards for collaboration and optimizing information flows for the program Zoom in and zoom out, to see how all the moving parts should tie together, and systemize them into a functioning program aligned to a single set of goals Be an empathetic listener to concerns raised within communities, protect safe spaces, and provide key insights Qualifications for the Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager: Enabling and ensuring great collaboration between ERGs across the company, and amplifying their effectiveness to lead to better outcomes Meet regularly with ERG leads and ERG members to communicate key priorities, align on progress, and build relationships Drive transparent and effective communication regarding program progress, flags and decisions Keep the ERG initiatives on track with key project status/timelines Optimize our metrics-based approach to ensure that our goals are achieved on time, within budget and with quality 4+ years of experience working in Project or Program Management 3+ years of experience working in the D&I space What’s in it for you?
