Job location is at the Administrative Office in Campbell Hall, NY.

This is a full-time position.

The required schedule is Monday Friday from 9:00am-3:30pm.

The pay rate is $15/hour.

We are proud to have been named one of the Best Companies to work for in NY in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019, 2021 Job Description: This position provides assistance to the billing department in order to improve efficiency and quick response time to credentialing, billing, collections, mailings (both incoming & outgoing), & any other concern or issue that may arise.

It further provides organization and order to the office and directs information to the appropriate people as necessary.

Essential Duties: Organize medical claims to be mailed out Organize, file & maintain pertinent filing systems for insurance documents Assist in obtaining, copying, or faxing pertinent information as needed Assist in the process of patient statements Prepare and mail medical records requests Update monthly reports for month-end processing Assist in updating spreadsheets as needed Maintain electronic filing systems Update and maintain provider spreadsheets Verify provider licenses for compliance Assist in the credentialing process for providers Compose and respond to pertinent emails Assist with outgoing mailings as needed Adhere to all HIPAA regulations, maintaining strict confidentiality Brings any compliance concerns to the attention of their supervisor or the compliance committee Essential Qualifications: Microsoft Office Good/Accurate Typing Skills Attributes: Team Player Results-Oriented Conscientious & Dependable Responsible Flexible & Adaptable Efficient Detail-Oriented Excellent Organizational Skills If you are enthusiastic about your profession and are looking to progress your career with a growing, dynamic company, please apply through this portal.
