Our part-time Production Associate program matches working college students with various teams throughout First Republic, and provides the opportunity to learn and perform the following functions.ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do as a Production Associate Part Time: Order and quality control the commercial and residential real estate appraisals and other valuation products and tools First Republic uses to support its lending decisions; functions available to Production Associates include assigning appraisals, performing quality control examinations of appraisals and other tasks as needed.QualificationsWhat skills you will use: Current enrollment in an Associates or Bachelor’s degree program.

Ability to follow the Bank’s policies and procedures as well as all state and federal banking regulations.

Attention to detail.

Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully prioritize work assignments of varying complexities to meet established deadlines.

Software proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal form.

Ability to prepare and maintain accurate and concise records and reports.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.Job Demands Current enrollment in an Associates or Bachelor’s degree program.

Must be able to review and analyze data reports and manuals; must be computer proficient.
