Leading online entertainment company is seeking a Senior Accountant for a high profile position which will require playing an integral role assisting with implementing internal controls and drafting policies and procedures to help support the company’s growth.Qualified candidates should have 6+ years of progressive accounting experience.
Public accounting experience is very desirable.
You will take part in the day-to-day tasks of performing complex analysis; maintaining monthly schedules (amortization, accruals); assisting with preparing schedules for annual audits and quarterly reviews; assisting with month end close processes; preparing journal entries and General Ledger reconciliations; performing extensive technical accounting research and review of existing accounting processes and procedures in order to help improve efficiency; and performing special ad hoc projects as requested.
