eBranch Member Solutions Representative

Must have flexibility to be available Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:00pm and Saturday’s 8am-5pm.

Saturday’s will be a rotating, every 4 week schedule.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Member Solutions Representative position is responsible for tactical initiatives as they relate to building member primary relationships, providing world-class service and achieving E-branch goals via the remote delivery channel website, e-mail and telephone systems.

Promote and build positive relationships with members and provide solutions to their financial needs.

Build positive relationships with other lines of business by interacting with other business units.

Provide solutions to member problems, complaints and dissatisfaction.

Apply approved processes to ensure security is in alignment with policies and in compliance with state and federal regulations.Qualified candidates should have 6 months experience in a sales/service role within the financial services industry or other types of retail businesses including call/contact centers.

The candidate must be someone who is recognized as a high energy, flexible individual who consistently exceeds goals.

This person must also have knowledge of how the financial markets impact the financial services industry and excel at representing banking products.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
