Sales Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for: maintaining and growing the revenue of their assigned territory by providing technical and sales support to existing customers and by identifying and helping to bring to order profitable new business opportunities.

Essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:

  • This person will work with current and new customer’s engineering and procurement departments to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Work with AdelWiggins internal teams to help bring new opportunities to order and then provide additional customer liaison activities to help bring the products to the customer.
  • Each year the sales engineer will help set the revenue targets for their territory for existing business and for new business.
  • The sales engineer also acts as the account executive for the major accounts within their territory.
  • Must have good oral, written communications and have a high level of moral and ethical codes.
  • The sales engineer is based out of Los Angeles to help communicate and coordinate important development programs between the customer and the internal team.
  • This position will require approximately 30%-40% travel.

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree with an engineering degree strongly preferred. 5+ years of technical sales experience in the Aerospace Industry. A proven track record of revenue growth is extremely important.
