E-COMMERCE SALES ASSOCIATE (Entry Level / Full time position)
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):
Upload & update listings on marketplace platforms
Sales order processing
Order preparation
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Handle customer service inquiries
– professional email and phone etiquette required
Attend trade shows as needed
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
No experience needed, but experience in wholesale fashion industry a plus
Training will be provided
Must be fluent in English; Bilingual a plus (English/Korean)
*Pay rate is based on previous work experience.
