Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Handle several accounts at simultaneously
- Warehouse operations, including but not limited to picking, packing, routing, shipping, returns processing and outbound carriers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Knowledgeable with EDI’s and ASN
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- +1 years of warehouse experience needed
- +1 office experience preferred
- Proficient in; Microsoft office, Microsoft excel, and word
- Familiar with formulas for computer
- Reply to emails
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual
- Spanish/English
