Job Summary Assists and resolves retirement plan participant’s direct requests and issues by answering incoming calls, making outbound calls to participants, and responding to emails all while delivering the ultimate client experience.

Responds to participant inquiries (via phone and/or email) with clarity, efficiency and timliness.

Escalates issues per departmental protocol.

Acts as a liaison internally with regard to participant requests.

Trains other employees as needed.

Makes outbound calls to resolve participant requests.

Assists with special projects and support other employees as needed.

Understands complex information with the ability to verbalize confidently.

Supervisory Responsibilities (none) Required Education, Experience and Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.

2 years of experience in Customer Service, Accounting or Finance.

Proficiency in MS Office, emphasis on Excel and Word is necessary.

Preferred (but not required) education or skills for this role are Knowledge of retirement plan administration.

Experience with DST platform is a plus.
