Operations Manager – Must Have Food Manufacturing Experience
Salary Up To $120,000 + Bonus, Benefits & Paid Relocation to California
This leadership role will work closely with the Plant Manager and is expected to inspire employees to greater levels of professionalism, quality, productivity, and engagement in the team.
As the Operations Manager, you will serve as a liaison with the functional departments such as Quality Assurance and Compliance, Human Resources, Accounting, Engineering, Purchasing, Research and Development, Risk Management & EHS.
To be considered for this position, you will need a Bachelors’ degree and should have at least 5 years of managing experience in the food industry. Your experience will assist you as you are responsible for directing the production operation and establishing efficiencies while minimizing cost. You’ll oversee and direct the training and development of managers and supervisors.

Minimum Requirements for this Operations Manager position:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field
· At least 5 years of experience managing people and related processes in a food, beverage, pharma manufacturing environment
· Computer Skills- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
