Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Hybrid-Schedule (2-3 days On-Site)
Los Angeles, CA
Ideally from the Financial, Real Estate or Investment Domain
Responsibilities:
- Function as the liaison between the Business and Technology Teams
- Identify and implement application systems enhancement or changes based on business needs
- Interview stakeholders to identify business process issues and improvements
- Document and defines technology solutions changes and requirements
- Work with various teams to analyze and compile data
- Support project management responsibilities on cross-functional projects, including project management reporting, risk and issue log maintenance
- Work with Application Development teams to test systems
Experience Desired:
- Bachelor’s degree is desired, Master’s degree is a plus
- Advanced skills at Excel (XLOOKUP/INDEX), PowerBI/Tableau, and SQL
- Experience with Accounting ERPs and associated payable-related workflows
- Knowledge of Yardi Payable platforms is a plus (PayScan, P2P, Yardi Full Service, VendorCafe, BillPayer)
- Experience with agile project management tools (Jira/Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, etc)
