Regulatory Compliance Analyst

IMMEDIATE NEED for a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join a gaming/entertainment company for a full-time, direct hire position in Los Angeles, CA (2 days per week remote). The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance or governmental affairs.

Responsibilities:  

  • Complete all aspects of gaming licensing applications and/or gaming submissions including, but not limited to, completing detailed forms, writing letters and gathering documentation.
  • Ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of each gaming applications and reports submitted on behalf of the Company.
  • Maintain summary reports and/or database systems.
  • Review and monitor the submission of license applications and/or gaming submissions.
  • Prepare and update source documents used in applications and/or submissions.
  • Review correspondence from gaming regulatory agencies and determine action required and prepare necessary correspondence, documents, check requests and other written communication.
  • Maintain database of verbal and written communication with gaming regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain appropriate communications within and between various departments and third-party partners.
  • Conducts or assists other departments in compliance training
  • Assists in incident response and investigations related to compliance with state and federal regulations associated with gambling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Prior experience in a regulated industry preferred
  • Prior experience in banking, finance, or gaming preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in compliance or governmental affairs
