Pastry Cook

The Pastry Cook assists the Executive Pastry Chef in the pastry and baking functions of the commissaries and kitchen(s), including prep work, inventory and purchasing of supplies, and cost control.

Keeps up to date with culinary and event trends.

Must maintain any state required food handling certifications.
