The Work: The Operations Analyst role will be aligned with our Operations Growth Platform supporting programs and projects that are aligned to either Business Process Services (BPS) or Infrastructure Services (IS).

You will be responsible for helping deliver day to day operational and programmatic activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met.

Along the way you will learn Accenture and our customer’s business and technologies.

You will work as a part of the Operations Management & Improvement team.

For example, you might help monitor and report the progress of various programs, projects, and operational metrics.

You will interact with customers as well as other delivery and account personnel while meeting client needs and requirements.

In this role you are required to analyze and solve low/medium complexity problems individually or as part of a team.

Moderate level of instruction provided on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments is provided.

Your decisions impact your own work and may impact the work of others.

Basic Qualifications Here is what you need: 4 Year Degree of Business-Related Field with a graduation date no later than August 2022 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint, Project, Word) Bonus points if: Experience with any or all of the following: status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, financial reporting, time reporting, expense reporting, resource tracking, deliverable tracking, issue, and risk tracking, change control management, and service management reporting Ability to contribute to a high-performing, motivated workgroup by applying interpersonal and collaboration skills to achieve project goals and realize value Ability to contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance Ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment Are known for being analytical, looking at things from all angles Are resourceful and intellectually curious Enjoy working in teams Able to communicate complex ideas effectively
– both verbally and in writing.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $64,00-$87,400 and information on benefits offered is here .
