This is an individual contributor role, and is not a management position.This position will support multiple program teams responsible for the development of advanced weapon systems, as well as the Advanced Programs (AP) Program Management Office responsible for overseeing the execution of various weapon system contracts and managing program performance baselines.

This includes integration with cross functional disciplines to support workforce planning, business management, investment management and planning, process improvement initiatives, coordination activities, and more.

This position regularly interfaces with senior management.Essential Responsibilities:Effectively communicate and interface with team members and program office leadershipProvide meeting facilitation, coordination, documentation, and attendanceDevelop and deliver high-level briefings to support Program Managers with program reportingMaintain Program Dashboard including access control of internal/external usersSupport administrative activities associated with proposal development as neededProcess charge code authorizations on behalf of the program officeIdentify opportunities for process improvement changes and champion needed changes in the organizationCoordinate and collaborate across all functions to help develop, implement, and manage program processes and toolsMonitor cross functional dependencies, identify bottlenecks, and visualize progress for overall program control and reportingReview and report status of projects and budgets, manage schedules, track and report on actions, and prepare status reportsAbility to engage in many ad hoc activities required, to ensure streamlined cadence for program operations and executionOversee and manage the execution of projects and serve as liaison between program management, program controls, program teams, and functional managementAssess project issues, support data driven decision making, and provide solutions to complex problems that are consistent with the organization’s objectives for productivity, quality, and program satisfactionSuccessful candidates will have the following key attributes:Motivated – willing to take the next step in issue identification and resolution and comfortable with change and unstructured program demandsOrganized – ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with demanding deadlinesProactive – anticipates requirements from management, and initiates and completes actions required to meet those requirementsPerceptive – sees the “big picture” but is also able to focus on the details and follows all of them through to completionComposed – maintains a “level head” in a dynamic, fast-paced, and demanding environment, especially when working closely with management on projects with highly compressed timelines and tight deadlinesIndependent – willing to work independently under Program Management guidance to meet complex demands and produce optimum deliverables for the realization of an organization’s benefit and goalsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of business experience or Master’s Degree with 1 year of business experienceMust have an active DoD Secret clearance (or higher)Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program AccessProven success managing multiple projects simultaneouslyKnowledge and experience with Microsoft SharePoint DevelopmentKnowledge and experience with SalesforcePreferred Qualifications:Knowledge and experience in Aerospace or Defense IndustryProcess/continuous improvement experienceBackground in finance and budget managementSalary Range: 74900 112300Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
