Our fast-growing Business Development team at Arise is looking for a Sr.

Director, Solution Design who will report into the Chief Growth Officer and will lead the design and solution strategy for prospective and existing customers.

The ideal candidate is a team player, detailed, and excited to win deals with the Arise solutions.

What you will take on:

• Assesses client current status quo and gaps to identify the right solution elements

• Performs benchmarking (Market and against Arise portfolio) to assess area where the Arise value proposition drives potential for partnership,

• Partner with Business Development executive to ensure the perfect discovery process is done to ensure the most optimal solution and proposal is deliver to the customer

• Partnering with all cross functional SMEs throughout the company to maintain a robust understanding of the business and leverage SMEs for support during solutioning process

• Drive thought leadership

• Develop pricing/ margin model, based on the solution proposed

• Lead the proposal managers and solution design manager

Sales consulting/ benchmarking:

• Assess client status quo, needs

• Perform all Q&A activities to understand client environment

• Benchmark current client status quo: Cost, flex, quality, other, relevant SLAs, processes

• Output: Gap analysis of client business, aligned need/ value for Arise solution

Solution development:

• Based on overall client gaps and goals, develop Arise solution options

• Develop high-level technology footprint [ 1) Network, 2) Desktop, 3) Telephony, Other/ CRM requirements if needed]

• Develop Arise process needs: 1) Sourcing/ enrollment requirements, 2) skill profile, 3) curriculum requirements, 4) scheduling requirements, 5) workforce management, 6) client results structure, 7) Reporting/ metrics/ SLAs 8) Digital Solutions

• Lead internal solution reviews, work with process stakeholders to validate

• Present client-facing solution to key client stakeholders for buy-in

• Output: Solution options: Internal buy-in, external presentation/ buy-in

Drive business case and pricing model

• Develop business case – cost impact, quality impact, flex impact, security

• Manage/ develop Arise internal pricing/ Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model

• Validate TCO internally, drive all pricing approvals

• Write up solution summary for review

Our new team member will need:

• 5-8 years in business development, sales strategy, and/or proposal development roles

• At least 4 years of experience in outsourcing, Solution Planning/Deal Shaping

• Experience developing pricing/ margin models

• Experience benchmarking status quo: Cost, flex, quality, other, relevant SLAs, processes.

• Developing Gap analysis of client business, pricing model, and business case

• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

• Comfortable interacting with executives from both Arise and the client
