RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for leading a team of production schedulers and managers to develop, implement, maintain, measure, and communicate the production and inventory needs.

Establish and execute production scheduling strategy and process to deliver plant.

Identify and target areas in which a business can improve operation.

Drive the planning and orchestration of business objectives.

Be a subject matter expert in process improvement, organizational design, and management/measurement systems.

Research and implement new directives for business growth and prosperity.

Lead strategic initiatives to improve scalability, agility, and efficiency.

Design strategy and improve processes for our supply chain and warehouses to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’ s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

5 plus years of management experience in supply chain planning and operations.

SAP expertise preferred.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Excel required.
