The Video Content Finance team is looking for an Associate Director Financial Analysis.
This role will be an integral part of the team responsible for financial planning and analytics for the companys multi-billion-dollar video content portfolio.
This includes a) financial planning and forecasting; b) cost modeling and profitability analyses; c) variance analyses for actuals vs.
budget and forecast; d) decision support forvideo content leadership team through strategic analyses, KPI scorecards and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities Provides guidance and leadership to staff financial analysts Performs all personnel management activities for subordinates including recruitment, training, performance evaluation and salary management Works on complex problems to develop or support business cases where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors Take ownership of content budget, including partnering with other finance teams, video content leadership and marketing teams to develop forecast updates, annual budgets, and long-range plans.
Design, develop and maintain complex financial models to support and articulate content leaderships business goals, and provide actionable insights for cost structure optimization Support the month-end close processes, and perform trend and variance analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual financials Interpret financial implications from programming contracts, ensure that the negotiated economics translate accurately into financial models Build and maintain key performance indicators, metrics, and dashboards to collaborate with business teams on goal setting and business performance reviews.
Drive process improvement and automation to scale with content portfolio’s growth.

5-7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or public accounting.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of performing financial and strategic analysis and delivering actionable recommendations based on this analysis.
