ADP: Manager, Account Management

ADP is hiring a Manager of Managed Accounts.

The Manager of Managed Accounts leads a team of highly visible Strategic Account Partners as they build relationships through excellent service and consultation with some of ADP’s largest and most complex clients within Employee Financial Solutions (EFS).

This leader structures and manages daily activities to ensure clients receive fast response and thorough resolution to their requests, and associates have the necessary tools and information to provide the best care to their clients.

EFS is the fintech hub of ADP where clients expect fast and frictionless solutions to pay their employees the way THEY want to be paid, often in real time.In this role, the Manager will lead Account Managers in maximizing their payment solutions, educating clients, and preventing issues.

Consults other departments regarding functional activities to ensure reliable, accurate and prompt service is provided.

Performs all Human Resource activities such as salary planning, performance evaluations, etc related to the team.

Participates in strategic business planning for the business unit.

Handle client/internal partner escalations and escalate further as needed.

Responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and reference-ability for clients assigned to the team.

The Manager Account Management manages daily activities of the Account Management team to ensure appropriate client service is delivered in an efficient and timely manner.

Accountable that department work is performed in accordance with established quality and accuracy standards.

Identify strong talent and best demonstrated practices to ensure clients are matched with the appropriate associates based on skill, strength, and client expectations.

Establishes clearly defined department and individual goals and objectives and communicates to associates through department meetings, regular individual coaching sessions and performance planning.

Performs all Human Resource activities including but not limited to department hiring, terminations, promotion/salary increase recommendations and management of temporary staff.

Aids in preparation and management of Account Management department’s annual budget and monitors expenses versus projected plans.

Determines the Account Management training requirements.

Develops programs with associates, peers and other ADP business units to address needs.

Ensures training needs are identified and met through formal or on-the-job training to enhance skill base.

Conduct regular process analysis focusing on strategic opportunities to drive results such as process improvements, product enhancements, expectations management, training opportunities, key issues and resolutions.

When appropriate, join onsite client reviews with Account Management team members.

Provide input for documentation updates and enhancements, system enhancements and process improvement to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of strategies to drive increased team and organizational performance.

Provides input into strategic direction of Account Management and manages implementation of strategic objectives and changes.

Participates in new or existing operation initiatives to improve results, drive revenue or adjustments to policies or procedures.QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Bachelor’s Degree or combination of education and experience 4 years of account management, portfolio management, or relationship management experience Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and guide others to do the same Highly adept at Excel, Powerpoint and Visio, or other flow chart program Recognized as an individual with polish, professionalism, and a leadership/executive presence.
