Valid medical or religious exemptions will be considered, but serial Covid-19 testing will be required to maintain employment.What You’ll DoWorks with Director of Healthcare Outcomes to execute performance improvement activities through effective coordination of all Quality Measure and Recognition activities.Coordinates meetings and workflow completion.Assists with project submission requirements.

Maintains project reports, work plans, and monitors timelines.What We Are Looking ForKnowledge of the principles of continuous process improvement.Proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Works, and Excel.Strong organizational skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Strong analytical skills with ability to identify deviations from organization standards.Effective project management capability throughout the project lifecycle of planning, organizing, managing, and finalizing outcomes.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills with individuals and groups.Ability to create reports that clearly summarize information to a wide variety of internal users.Ability to develop effective working relationships to gain trust and establish credibility at all organizational levels.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Employment QualificationsEducation: One of the following is required.Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field.Associate degree and two additional years of healthcare experience.Experience: One year of professional work experience in a healthcare setting required.
