The Opportunity:The Account Executive will drive top-line growth through expansion of our product footprint within our existing account base and new customer acquisition.

This sales-focused role is responsible for both contract value retention and contract expansion via the introduction of new ACA products and services.

A successful candidate will be able to navigate complex organizations, sell to multiple decision-makers (including the “C Suite”), have a track record of over-quota achievement, and ability to grow an ambitious pipeline of business through outbound prospecting, creativity, and hard work.

In addition, the Account Executive will work with other internal client-facing team members, manage the coordination of key communications to and from clients and act as the main point of contact for their assigned clients.

What you’ll do:Strategic Client Alignment – you will be a business partner of the client’s organization through the following:Possesses industry knowledge that facilitates a complete understanding of our client’s business objectives, strategic direction, and requirements to proactively demonstrate and deliver increased value through the life cycle of the client.Maintain an ongoing understanding of the client’s various engagements across ACADevelop and strengthen relationships with client stakeholders across the organization to retain clients and expand business into new ACA products.Perform strategic account review with the client to reinforce the ACA value proposition, including quarterly business reviews and in-person visits.Build an account plan for key accounts in AltifyGrow existing client relationships via Cross-Sell and Upsell activities, achieve annual targets:Communicates and promotes key ACA initiatives to the client (e.G., ACA strategic focus, product enhancements, etc.).Identifies and advises on new service and/or product opportunities, proactively identifying client needs and opportunities for cross-sell/upsellOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting through closeKeep all activities and client data updated in SalesforceLead and functionally manage Customer Success Managers to drive a proactive and effortless experience To qualify for the role you must have:Bachelor’s Degree4 years of successful sales experienceProven demonstration of intellectual curiosity, drive, and bias to actionHigh level of organization and attention to key detailsExecutive presence, business insight, and sales acumenCompetitive nature.
