We have been in operation since 2009 and have been growing rapidly since.
We are seeking a motivated and intelligent Administrative Assistant to help our expansion.
Why Wound Care?
Society at large has significantly ignored wounds and ulcers although they are seriously painful for patients and are very devastating to families and patients alike.
Wounds are not as appealing as other diseases to treat or raise funding for, and so this area is generally overlooked.
Therefore, the need to care for these patients with wounds is even more dire.
Our mission is to help this underserved segment of patients with the best possible care they deserve.
The Administrative Assistant Role
We are searching for a talented, driven and organized Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team, office staff, and physicians.
Typical responsibilities will include answering phones, managing several calendars, receiving office guests, etc.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of relevant administrative experience is highly preferred
Strong computer skills (especially with Microsoft Word and Excel)
Great verbal and written communication.
Looking for someone who is organized, a team player, and an effective problem solver.
Ability to communicate effectively and work directly with clients, physicians, staff, managers, department heads, etc.
Reliable source of transportation (the Administrative Assistant will occasionally run errands)
Be able to lift up to 10 lbs and no more than 25 lbs
Authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions.
