As the Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for performing duties to include: entering transaction details, preparing monthly financial statements, schedules and reports including 571s, Secretary of State filing and 1099s. Additionally, the Full Charge Bookkeeper will be preparing and processing payroll, payroll related tax returns, monthly bank reconciliations and researching accounts payable and accounts receivable issues.REQUIREMENTS:• 2 years of experience in Full Charge Bookkeeping• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Accounting or Similar field, Bachelor’s Degree preferred• Highly organized with high attention to detail• Personable and dynamic personality a mustExperience:• Full Charge Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
