EXECUTIVE/PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Executive/Personal Assistant will be responsible for the daily scheduling and calendar management of the President/Owner/Administrator of Active Plus Home Health Care, Inc. and two other healthcare facilities. The Assistant will be attending events, answering phone calls, and reporting to the president/owner as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Managing the daily scheduling and calendar management of the president of the company.
2. Attending events and answering phone calls as needed.
3. Reporting to the president of the company’s home, company offices, or other locations as needed.
4. Running errands as needed (grocery shopping, etc.).
5. Performs other necessary functions and duties as assigned by the Administrator.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Experience with project/time management and scheduling.
2. Currently has a driver’s license and owns a personal vehicle.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
