Experienced Project Manager needed for a Glazing Contractor located in Los Angeles, CA.
Responsibilities include:
* Effectively apply project management skills and enforce project standards
* Establish scope of work by review of plans, specs and estimates
*.Monitor and report on progress of projects
* Compile, submit and manage submittal requests
* Financial management of projects to ensure profitability and cost control
* Work with superintendents, foreman and provide support for field installers
* Build and develop business relationships with architects, engineers,
general contractors and other potential clients
We are looking for an organized, self-starter with the ability to manage large and complex glazing projects.
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, owners and vendors and be able to conduct themselves professionally with excellent written and verbal skills.
3-5 years management experience is required.
