We work with all of the teams at DICE, but especially with our Account Managers to ensure that all our partners receive the best in class service that they expect. No two days are the same as we work in a fast-paced, changing environment, so there is always variety in our work. We are detail orientated due to the reliance that partners put on our work. We multitask between supporting the business and supporting our partners. We are music fans that work as a team to ensure that our partners have all that they need.WHAT YOU’LL DOPerform day to day financial transactions, verifying, classifying, posting and recording accounts payable and receivableSupplier statement reconciliationsLiaise with our partners in the US on any queries they may have.Sending out remittance reports and supporting remittance breakdowns for the US promotersSupport promoter payment runsReconcile the accounts payable and receivables ledger to ensure that all payments are correctly recorded and accounted forLook after and review the account’s inboxYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCESolid understanding of bookkeepingKnowledge and a general understanding of accounting proceduresGood communication skillsGood data entry and management skillsOrganisational and prioritising skillsProficient in MS officeUS markets experienceNetSuite experience (bonus)Fluency in French, German, Italian, Portuguese or Spanish (bonus)
