Greet guests in a friendly and respectable manner and helping them submit orders via iPad if necessary
Maintain a complete knowledge and understanding of menu items
Ensure guests’ needs are met by keeping beverages full, providing additional condiments and/or food items, and touching tables
Collect payment and providing change in a timely manner
Balance end-of-day paperwork, including cash, credit card and due backs with minimal errors, overages or shortages
Complete side tasks
Clear and clean tables when guests are finished with their meals and maintain general cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Supporting other areas of the restaurant as necessary
Ensure COVID-19 protocols are followed
Provide great customer service to all guests
