5% REVENUE SHARE
– EARN RESIDUAL INCOME Agents can receive revenue from the sales of the agents they sponsor.
Revenue shares are paid by 15 West Homes and do not reduce the agent’s commission.
Revenue is paid out monthly and is NOT tied to company performance.
MARKETING AND EVENTS 15 West Homes provides monthly marketing newsletters, social media templates, planned client appreciation events and more to help drive your business.
We also host regular agent team-building and social events to keep us all connected and having fun Position Qualifications: Real estate license in Virginia or Maryland
– While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially joining the brokerage.
To earn a real estate license you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by an accredited learning institution and pass a state licensing exam.
