Reports to: Rob Carter, Chief Estimator
Type of Position: Full-time
We seek experienced glazing sales estimators to join our team of employee owners, to prepare id proposals for private and public projects, and to collaborate with other estimators.
The job requires all stages of project bidding: determining Union requirements; determining bid schedules; reviewing job specifications; visiting job sites; attending pre-construction meetings; reviewing contracts; maintaining bid process schedules and communicating bid status; choosing best options for systems/materials; soliciting and reviewing vendor and subcontractor quotes; performing labor reviews; maintaining bid spreadsheets; and negotiating work with various clients.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Glazing construction estimating: 3 years (Required)
