Job Description HIRING IMMEDIATELY FULL TIME & PART TIME FLEXIBLE HOURS We are seeking a Cashier Food Service Worker to become an integral part of our team You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the dining establishment.
Responsibilities: Serve food and beverages to guests Explain to guests about menu items Clean and prepare the dining areas Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion Perform other restaurant duties as assigned Kitchen prep are responsible for delivering food that is not only delicious and cooked to the specifications of the customer but that is safe and fresh as well.
Responsibilities: Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients Bake, grill, steam and boil meats, vegetables, fish, poultry and other foods Present, garnish and arrange final dishes Occasionally serve food Maintain a clean and safe work area, including handling utensils, equipment and dishes Handle and store ingredients and food Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas.
Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations.
Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc.
Unloading and storing deliveries.
Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled.
Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.
Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
