Word Processor

International law firm located in Downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Word Processor with extensive litigation experience to join their office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Creating, editing, formatting, and manipulating files in Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Converting and formatting documents between applications
  • Proofreading for accuracy
  • Creating and troubleshooting formulas in Excel (including vlookup and concatenate)
  • Troubleshooting and stabilizing documents
  • Utilizing the document management system to retrieve, deliver, and manage documents

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of word processing experience within a law firm is required
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office advanced features; CCC MacroPro; FileSite/WorkShare; Acrobat; OmniPage; and CitationWare
  • Ability to learn new software quickly is essential
