Immediate opening for organized individual for Architectural Construction Firm in Culver City.
This position is in-office only.
Administrative duties include assistance to architecture and construction principals.
Ordering of some finish product materials for construction projects.
Reconciliation of credit cards.
Sage Accounting program
– will be given tutorial and instructions.
Position will be in charge of maintaining office equipment including scheduling of service.
Position is very computer based.
Great Microsoft Office suite skills.
Excellent email communication skills.
