Goodwin Procter seeks a highly qualified Counsel or Senior Attorney to join our Real Estate Construction and Design practice group.
Candidates must have general experience with commercial real estate transactions, with a particular emphasis on negotiating construction transaction documents associated with private and public development and redevelopment projects on behalf of owners, lenders, developers, architects, and contractors.
Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin Procter should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
California bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) required.
