Staff Engineer
Geotechnologies, Inc., is currently looking for a Staff Engineer to join our team.
The successful candidate will provide technical support, manage projects and have the opportunity to work on geotechnical instrumentation projects.
Your responsibilities will include both office and field-related duties, including construction inspections and site subsurface exploration.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Geology, Earth Sciences with courses related to soil mechanics.
· Willingness to work in various aspects of the job including field investigation, instrumentation, office, and geotechnical inspection.
· Minimum 2 years experience in engineering geology and/or geotechnical engineering, PE license a plus.
· Ability to perform logging of borings, test pit logging.
Basic field supervision of grading or shoring projects a plus.
· Demonstrate good technical writing and communication skills.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Experience with other geotechnical-Industry programs a plus.
Salary dependent on experience and qualifications.
