Primary Responsibilities/Activities:

Lead, Model, and Build a Highly Engaged Team Culture

Create and Manage Brand Programs Within Specified Region
Develop market activation strategy
Budget management and objective setting
Responsible for all regional brand activation
Leverage Activity at Retail; Manage Regional Sales Team to Achieve Business Goals
Leads brand communication in region
Regional bottler engagement
Works directly with regional retailers
Feet on the street program end to end management

Required Competencies:
Strong team management, analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (verbal/written) with the ability to interact effectively internally as well as with external contacts
Possess high level of professionalism
Be highly self-motivated and well organized
Be a team player that naturally enjoys supporting a team
A problem solver that has the ability to identify problems and offer solutions
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Minimum Requirements:
Must live in the Los Angeles, CA metropolitan area
– strong geographic knowledge of the market is a must, familiarity with the California region is a plus
BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related major
7+ years of Sales experience with budget accountability, ideally with a beverage or CPG company
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some early mornings, nights and weekends and some travel
Experience and a proven track record of success with event planning and/or project management
Experience training & managing a team
Experienced with project management and strategic problem solving
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized, dependable, self-motivated & ability to multi-task
Able to work independently, prefer autonomy and can deal with a wide range of personalities
Strong technology skills – specifically knowledge in Microsoft Office programs, experience with internet research and social media
A clean driving record
