Senior Financial Analyst

Responsible for participating in day-to-day financial management of Post Production and Enterprise Operations departments located in Los Angeles.Responsibilities: Assit in preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, monthly financial statementsPrepare accruals, allocations, journal entries and account reconciliationsAnalyze and prepare variance explanations, graphs, schedules for monthly internal financial reportsPrepare capital expenditure analyses and track actual commitments/spendReview and approve vendor invoicesUpdate rates, clear batch errors in billing subsystemPerform system access reviewsTrack headcountRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance3 to 5 years accounting/operational finance experience, CPA preferableStrong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify accounting issues and properly address their treatmentExcellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of management and operate in a fast paced environmentStrong computer literacy with a high proficiency in Microsoft Applications, PeopleSoft experience a plusMust be a team player, detail oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independentlyPost Production operational finance experience a plusExperience:Accounting, Finance, CPA : 5 years (Required)
