Assistant Manager

Looking for a Talented and Awesome Individual with a Customer Service Focus.

A growing transportation, limousine and chauffeur services company in Los Angeles is seeking a self-motivated and highly energetic customer service representative.

You will be responsible for answering calls and taking reservations.

You will receive a bonus for all reservations booked.

Excellent Computer Skills – is comfortable with Word, Excel, Outlook, ,and ideally is proficient with social media posting and advertising.
Problem Solver – is resourceful in handling delicate situations
Strong Organizational Ability – has strong attention to detail and can actively input accurate records of customer communication into management software
Thorough and Reliable – can review and implement a detailed list of procedures to ensure consistent high-quality customer service
Watchful Eye – is observant and curious, and will efficiently monitor all activities at the facility.
Sense of Humor – has the ability to work with customers, in a kind and pleasant manner.
