The company has gone from a leading record label to a transformative media company and is now the most recognized pan-Asian music company in the world and a leader in music, media and events celebrating Asian culture.

We are looking for a VP, Human Resources to oversee all HR functions of the company.

Responsibilities:
Oversee all HR functions including but not limited to payroll and financial projections.
Lead, develop, execute HR strategy.
Guide and advise senior management through organizational development, aligning with them on the company’s goals and strategy, and developing HR plans to support the objectives.
Guide, coach and counsel management and staff on how to appropriately manage employee relation issues.
Serve as an advisor to management around talent needs, business opportunities, and implement solutions.
Support development of company policies.

Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of Human Resources and Employee Relations experience, preferably in a creative, entertainment and/or brand-focused environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills; demonstrated influence and diplomacy at all levels.
Excellent critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to create action plans that align and drive business results.
Demonstrable knowledge in organizational development, management training, employee coaching, and talent acquisition.
Creative problem-solving abilities.
