Job Description We are seeking a Waitress Hostess as part of or front of the house staff You will take orders and serve food to patrons at the restaurant’s inside and patio dining areas.
Responsibilities: Serve food and beverages to guests Explain menu items to guests Clean and prepare the dining areas including floors and windows Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion present billing for purchases and process payments Perform other restaurant duties as assigned Qualifications: 2 years previous experience as waitress in customer service, food service, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with guests Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Good written and verbal communication skills
