Superintendent Wanted for LA’s Fastest Growing GC & Development Co.
DH Remodel is one of Los Angeles’s fastest growing construction and development companies.
We have been rapidly expanding our projects and sizing, and are looking to take on several large design/build ADU projects that need a rapid turnaround time.
We are looking to bring on 3 additional superintendents to assist in moving the project from conception to completion under a fast timeline.
As a superintendent, responsibilities to include working with design, permitting and supervision and management of ongoing live construction project by working with crews and subcontractors.
Acting as the main point of contact between the construction workers and project owners or leadership
Presenting on the project’s progress and pitching ideas during production meetings
Placing orders for tools, equipment or other materials, usually as requested by the foreman
Building the project timeline and ensuring team members properly follow it
Monitoring and visiting job sites regularly to ensure employees remain compliant and job sites stay clean and orderly
Making and maintaining records for personnel onsite, including field orders, request for information documents and daily field reports
Meeting with inspectors and government members to clear and receive permission to start construction on sites
Must have 7 years project manager construction experience, work well under pressure, and a good work ethic.
Pay between 2 and 2.5K a week.
