This person will be responsible for executing a wide variety of small/medium projects, including the construction, installation, and startup of capital expansions and retrofits, with typical project budgets in the range of $5,000 to $30MM.
This role will support multiple facilities, primarily located in California.
The equipment at these facilities includes compressors, pumps, valves and PLCs.
Projects will primarily focused on equipment upgrades for planned outages and secondarily for small projects in support of operating plants.
This role will be part of a corporate engineering team and travel will average 30-40% during project startups..
B.S.
degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
8+ years’ experience, preferably out of industrial gases or chemicals, possibly consumer products or something closely related to gases/chemicals.
Should have experience with design through installation of projects with budgets of at least $1MM.
Must be willing to travel as needed.
This role will be based at a facility, but during times of heavier travel, the schedule will be more flexible with regard to time spent in the office.
